These yoghurt drops are perfect for the summery weather we're having and healthy for little ones too! They're a great way to use up the end of a cereal packet and yoghurt. Sweet, moreish and perfect for kids and adults alike.

Prep time: 5 mins / Freezing time: 2-4 hours

You will need:

A plate or shallow baking tin

Baking paper

Ingredients:

Any yoghurt (Greek is good as its creamier but for this recipe, I've used Petit Filous)

Some Granola, cereal or nuts to sprinkle

Method:

- Line your plate or baking tin with the baking paper

- Spoon the yoghurt in dollops (the size of a large button) onto the sheet

- Sprinkle the granola (or preferred cereal) over and freeze for 2-4 hours until hard

- Remove from freezer and gobble up! (or save in an airtight container for about a week - if they last!)
